An event is more than its front door — there's parking, the workshop, the wine pairing, the entrée choice. Pass kinds exist so all of it lives in one system instead of side spreadsheets: Admission gets a guest in, add-ons are extras on top, and meal passes carry an entrée choice for seated dinners.
In the dashboard
- Open your event, go to Passes, and create a pass (or open an existing one).
- Set its kind to add-on or meal.
- For meals, create one pass per choice — "Chicken", "Salmon", "Vegetarian" — so each guest's selection is tracked on their passes.
Where they show up: invite packages can bundle them ("1× Admission + a meal choice"), guests carry them alongside admission at check-in, and seating charts can use meal choices ("seat the salmon guests near the kitchen"). Add-ons and meal passes never count as seats — only admission does.
With the AI
Add meal passes for chicken, salmon, and vegetarian
The assistant creates all three with icons in one go — and can fold them into your invitation package afterwards.
