Plenty of guests never buy a ticket or click an RSVP — they're comps, VIPs, friends of the house. Adding guests directly exists for exactly them: their passes are granted immediately, nothing to accept, no email needed. Use it for your own list; use an invitation when the guest should get an email and respond.
In the dashboard
- Open your event and go to Guest List.
- Add a guest with their name and email, and choose which pass (or passes) they receive.
- Save — they're on the list and scannable at check-in right away.
From the same page you can search the list, export it as a CSV, and revoke passes if plans change.

Adding many people? Paste a list or upload a CSV into the chat and the assistant adds everyone in one go. If you keep staff lists (VIPs, members, a blacklist), it flags anyone who matches — informational, never a block.
